The planet would be better with out us;

What would you do if someone, a complete stranger, out of nowhere, gave you a small remote control, with a round red button, that by being pressed, would instantly eradicate the human race and all of its traces,of the face of this planet...would you do it?

The most common answer would be "No! Of course not! I'm not a murderer! I'm not that cold blooded!"

Are you sure about that..? Aren't you? Aren't we all in our own distinctive way?
Of course we are, we all die a little more every day that passes by, and we all kill a little more as time goes by, we may not kill in a direct and vicious way, no...but we do kill...for example, every time we ignore the homeless guy on our street, the most common way of mass murdering isn't a bomb or a gun, no..we use it almost every day of our life, to attend only to our own self and ignore the ones on the other side of the road, and we do it so easily that it scares me, more and more every day...is there really nothing we can do..? And not just for the homeless, for every one...homeless is just one of many definitions to separate us one from another, you might have a roof over your head and still be homeless...maybe even more than that guy that sleeps under the bridge...yet you do nothing...you just wait...for something to come up during your mundane day...to change your mundane life...every single one of us are rotten..and it gets worst when you dont do nothing at all for the survival of your species as a living being...

We kill living creatures just so we can feed ourselves, so we can continue with this stupid and agonizing pattern that we call life...and for what? So we can continue to ignore everybody, so we can continue to destroy everything around us until there's nothing that we can take from this planet and this system...the planet would be better with out us, whether you like it or not, its a fact.

As if it weren't enough to ignore the ones that we dont even know, we still go that extra mile ahead and have children so we can ignore them in the future, you know, after their cheeks aren't cute any more and they dont let you squeeze their faces any longer than you should...we really are something out of this world, someone was really inspired when they come up with the "human idea".

I wonder if any of us was designed with the fucking formula in our core...how I would love to access that shit and just solve this...

We are all killers..in our own way...if you cant admit that to your own self, than you're just lying to yourself...

The joy of caring...you lost that a long time ago...you let them take it away from you...but even worst is the fact that you just dont do anything to get it back, you have settled with it and learned to live with it...that is a sad life to be lived...an ordinary life...with the ambition to follow and maintaining the status quo, instead of leading the change...

Most days I beg for that remote to be handed to me...just give me that thing and we'll all turn peacefully into dust..we dont do anything to deserve this chance, we continually numb ourselves with daily tasks and jobs, we are in constant breeding for the slaughter house and we still smile about it as we walk trough the front door...we fucking embrace it everyday by waking up and systematically perform the same fucking rituals that we perform every fucking day...

We aren't worthy of such opportunities...gods that have forgotten that they are in deed gods, deserve no better than extinction at all levels...

But then again...I am a person that believes in second chances...so for now we'll keep the remote inside our drawers;

Have you ever tried to save the world you live in?

Most of us dont think much about that, we are too distracted living our mundane life, getting distracted by our social media devices and networks, too distracted trying to make a life instead of living, deviating ourselves from our path because we are demanded to earn little pieces of metal and paper, by spending huge amounts of time on places that we dont even like to be a
t, doing some stupid shit that we dont even enjoy, working...as they like to call it, fulfilling  the dream of someone else, isn't that the stupidest shit you have ever heard??

Yes it is, but you continue doing it, because you are too afraid on taking the necessary step to get rid of this lame ass situation that you're  in, you have the rent to pay, you have bills to pay, you have food to buy, you have family to take care of, and of course all the objects and other stuff that you want for yourself, from clothes to jewelry, all your wishes, needs and things that you think you need...but that in reality you can live by without them.

We are born in this fucked up, washed up, dead system, a system that is no longer sustainable, acceptable, a system that its out of date and that was designed to fail from the beginning...that was designed to create differences between us, to create social classes to set us apart...and unfortunately...that is on us, because we let it happen...in the past and in the present situation.

There is no evolution going on here, this is mostly a downgrade that we continue to allow in our life, in our souls, in our hearts, in our fucking brains!

Pull the fucking plug and start doing what you like at least!

Time is ticking and my concern its, when are we gonna get tired of that fucking tick-tack...

I have decided to start now, and this time is for real, time to get up and do something about it...
I will do my best to succeed, and I will succeed, to the rest of you, I wish you the best of lucks on doing the same;

How Coconut Oil May Rescue The Brain From Alzheimer’s Disease

The Internet loves a good “natural cure” recovery story. For instance, when Dr. Mary Newport, MD, dramatically reverses her husband’s symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease after just two weeks of adding coconut oil to his diet, thousands enthusiastically share the story. But despite their popularity, anecdotes rarely stand the test of time, nor the scrutiny of the medical community, at least not like experimental research published in peer-reviewed biomedical journals.
All the more reason to celebrate a promising study published in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Diseasetitled, “Coconut Oil Attenuates the Effects of Amyloid-β on Cortical Neurons In Vitro.” The study lends fresh experimental support to an accumulating body of anecdotal reports that coconut oil may alleviate and/or regress cognitive deficits associated with aging and neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s.
Medical researchers from the Memorial University of Newfoundland, St. John’s, NL, Canada, undertook a pilot study to investigate the effects of coconut oil supplementation directly on cortical neurons treated with amyloid-β (Aβ) peptide in vitro. Aβ peptide is the main component of certain deposits found in the brains of patients with Alzheimer’s disease believed to contribute to the disease.
The researchers noted that a clinical trial, which we reported on in our article MCT Fats Found in Coconut Oil Boost Brain Function in Only One Dose, reported significant improvements in Alzheimer’s disease patients after 45 and 90 days of treatment with medium chain triglycerides from coconut oil. They pointed out that this trial led to the marketing of the FDA-approved ‘medical food’ caprylidene (trade name Axona), but that the public has shown greater interest in coconut oil itself as a potential therapy, owing to its far greater affordability and availability.
The researchers sought to test the hypothesis that coconut oil is beneficial for neurodegenerative conditions using a cell model. Live rat neurons were exposed to various combinations of Aβ peptide and coconut oil, with the result that Aβ peptide reduced survival of neurons and coconut protected against this Aβ-induced reduction in survival time. The researchers noted that coconut treated Aβ cultured neurons appeared “healthier,” and that coconut oil “rescued” Aβ-treated neurons from mitochondrial damage caused by their toxicity. The researchers observed coconut oil preventing Aβ-induced changes in mitochondrial size and circularity. These findings have great significance, as mitochondria function is often compromised in the brains of Alzheimer’s disease patients.
According to the researchers, “The rationale for using coconut oil as a potential AD [Alzheimer’s Disease] therapy is related to the possibility that it could be metabolized to ketone bodies that would provide an alternative energy source for neurons, and thus compensate for mitochondrial dysfunction.” The researchers proposed that ketone bodies formed as a byproduct of coconut oil metabolism may offset Aβ-induced impairment of mitochondrial function and thus energy metabolism. Considering that the medium chain triglyceride found in coconut known as caprylic acid does cross the blood-brain barrier, and has been found to have anti-convulsant, in addition to, ketogenic effects, coconut oil likely does have a neuroprotective effect.
The researchers concluded, “The results of this pilot study provide a basis for further investigation of the effects of coconut oil, or its constituents, on neuronal survival focusing on mechanisms that may be involved.”
Clearly, one of the ways that coconut oil can ‘rescue’ the brains of Alzheimer’s patients is by addressing the metabolic derangement in the brain associated with the condition, or what is known as “type 3 diabetes.” As the brain ages, it becomes increasingly resistant to insulin, and therefore incapable of using glucose efficiently to meet its significant energy needs — hence the metaphor “type 3 diabetes.” Thankfully, nature has devised an alternative fuel source for the brain that is independent of glucose utilization and the insulin signaling system, namely, the use of ketone bodies. Coconut oil provides the substrate for the immediate production of these ketone bodies, enabling significant quantities to be produced within a matter of only minutes following ingestion. This metabolic restoration of function may explain why remarkable recoveries in cognitive function and memory have been observed, anecdotally.
Putting the science aside for a moment, coconut, like walnuts, both obey the so-called ‘doctrine of signatures.’ Both foods are encased by a skull-like shell, and contain within a fatty acid-rich ‘meat,’ that feed the organ – the brain – they resemble. Could the poetry of our direct experience tell us something about the value this food has to our brain, or should we continue to play agnostic and exercise great caution incorporating a ‘food as medicine’ approach until the men in white coats, and powerful economic forces behind them willing to shell out millions, if not billions of dollars, to “prove” in randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled fashion something we probably already know is true?

Hating the fact!

I’ve been hating the fact of having to leave my own country to make a living. Things shouldn’t be this way, everything is wrong with our fucked up society, including this! This necessity of making money to survive and to provide ourselves with material things, that in the end won’t mean anything, I doubt that we will need this freaking piece of paper in the afterlife, or any object that we crave in this life.

Just the thought of leaving so much behind…family, friends...That’s what really matters, and these fucked up world leaders are getting just what they want, the divide and conquer theory, and we all just go a long with it, the fucking dogs that we are.

“Well if don’t my family will starve”…yeah I know…it’s a shame that we all can’t see what really matters, that we should unite and fight this tyranny…that in reality, everyone is already starving…

War!?

What is war? Who created this stupid concept?

Do we really need war to prove and show our convictions and beliefs?
Does this makes sense in your head?

Killing other people because " I " want peace...well, you're doing it wrong! We should all be united, not divided fighting against each other...we shouldnt be fighting over oil, over money or other futile thing, we let ourselves to be dominated and brain washed by those who are in power, those who command our countries, our nations, when in fact theres only one planet, one country, one nation, the human nation...and people cant see that, cause they dont want to, they prefer to fight against their own nation every single second, of every single minute, of every single hour, of every single day!
They choose war in a heart beat, without thinking about the consequences, about the feature that we will leave for the youngest, if we leave any future at all...

We live in a wolrd where people will accept a gun in their hands more willingly than they will accept a baby in their arms, and such thing my friends, is just wicked...

I say no to war, and I say it proudly! If there are people that need to fire some bullets through someone else to prove their point or spread an idea, then their ideas are worthless!
You dont need a gun, you just need will power!

I frequently hear people talking about war... they ask: "Are we near to the start of a third world war?"
"What would you do if you had to go to the army tomorrow?"

My question to all those people is why the hell should I fight for someone else's ideas? Especially rotten and oportunistic ideas, like the ones that come out from the heads of our leaders...we'll be fighting and dying for their stupid and dumb ideas, while these so called leaders stay at their palaces, sitting on their thrones and counting the number of deaths during the morning news...no my friends, they can send me to the army, they can send me to prison, they can beat me up, they can do whatever they want...but they cannot make me fight for them!

Its time to say no to war! If we have learned something in all of these years of history surrounded by violence, is that war isnt the way, war is the wrong path, doesn't solve a thing, we are not meant to follow the herd...we're meant to make our own path, and if there's a war in a near future, then we are all doomed...

Work!

Why the hell do we have to work! All of this programing and brain washing that we suffer during our development as individuals, leads us to the path of slavery, to the need of having a job, so we can be part of this society, so we can buy things, so we dont starve, so we can have a home and sustain our family...can anyone tell me whats wrong in this picture?

We are born free, but the so called evolution of now a days doesn't help us evolve as it should, instead, this evolution pulls us down as the days go by, giving us money and a wide range of goods, to make us feel like we actually have something that we can call our own...and in deed we have...but unfortunately we dont own the most fundamental thing that we should...our own life...we let others command it, like it's their life...there's a profound need of waking up, and get out of this numbness.

I leave you this video, an interview with Jeremy Irons in a Portuguese show, a video that i can relate to...how about you?

Society's Parasite

The world as we know it, mostly isn't real, we tend to enjoy this illusion that we live in, a shameful society that we feed every single day, since the minute we step out of our houses to go to work, just to gain some money and make some profit, to the seconds we waste watching the news or any TV show controlled by the existent media, that only allows us to see and know what they want us to see and know, when most of the times the truth doesn't matter, nor the corruption or the crap that they literally force us to eat at every meal we consume!..No..thats not interesting...what interest would they have on having an intelligent society, on having the truth spreading its wings through people's mouth...none, how the hell could they continue with this "killing them softly" marathon if that would happen?

I dont see myself as a member of this rotten society, I dont like to contribute in most of the ways of feeding this good, old, oiled machine! Why? Because this machine isn't functional! Never was, and never will be, and thats what people need to understand, that the way we've been living so far isn't that awesome! Money isn't that awesome! Money is an unnecessary necessity!

We need to change the way we live, we need to tear this machine apart, because if it isn't functional, then its only purpose is to create problems after problems and demand some kind of maintenance that we shouldn't be responding to...but every single day we do the exact opposite...we roll out of the comfort of our warm bed, to eat some shitty breakfast, probably with some GMO's in it, which is awesome by the way, I dont know about you, but if I wanted to eat garbage or shit, I would go to the nearest dumpster or toilet! We put on some nice clothes and off we go! To the wonder job that we've always dreamt about during our childhood...or not!

People may not think the same way that I do, some of them may even think I'm crazy, cucu bananas, long gone from salvation, and thats fine...but for those who think that way, I only have one thing to ask:

Why the hell, are we the only living beings that have to pay to live in this world??...right...this thing of having a brain can be very tricky sometimes.,
